The Kingdom “Code of Conduct”

The Kingdom “Code of Conduct”

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”      ~  Galatians 5:22-23 ………..

Many organizations and companies have what is called a code of conduct.  All branches of the U.S. military have a code of conduct.  A code of conduct can be defined as “principles, values, standards, or rules of behavior that guides the decisions of an organization.”

The Kingdom of God has a code of conduct that’s called the fruit of the Spirit.  You and I, as subjects of the Kingdom of God are to conduct our lives by the fruit of the Spirit.  Our principles, values, standards, rules of behavior, is the fruit of the Spirit.  We’re to measure everything we do by the fruit of the Spirit.  Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, faith or faithfulness, meekness, temperance or self-control, is our code of conduct!
