Merry Christmas! This time of the year is extra special to me because I gave my life to Jesus around this time of year. It was December 20, 1981 when I was born again! One of the things I especially remember about that blessed night in 1981 was the peace of God that came into my life. I remember thinking, “I’ve never had peace in my life like this before.”
That’s one of the precious gifts Jesus brought to us when He came to this earth. The Bible calls Him the Prince of Peace. Peace can only come from Him! If you’re looking for peace in other things you’re wasting your time. No matter how many things go right for you in the natural or how much you get blessed with material things it can’t produce peace in your life. Peace only comes through knowing Jesus and receiving by faith the peace that He offers. Apostle Paul said it’s peace that passes all understanding! Allow Him to be the Prince of Peace in your life this Christmas season like I did those many years ago.
