Have you ever felt like you’ve experienced a setback? That’s what the apostle Paul is talking about here. He had tried to go to the Thessalonians on more than one occasion but was hindered by satan from doing so. You need to notice that Paul said satan hindered him, he didn’t say he stopped him. There’s a big difference! All of us at times will face temporary setbacks, but we should never let that stop us from reaching our ultimate goal
There is an old saying that says, “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.” As New Covenant believers satan can never stop us from reaching our desired end unless we let him. So if you find yourself facing a temporary setback keep pressing on in faith. Remember, it’s only temporary!
